My wife, Janel (Spaulding) Hedgecock and I are proud to have raised our two children here in Fairbanks ( Ted and Haley Hedgecock Evens) as well as having two of our 3 grand kids here.
In addition to my 43 years as a Fairbanks resident, I bring 34 years of real estate experience to my clients. My resume includes:
- Managing as a broker owner of 2 real estate firms.
- Opening the first real estate office in North Pole.
- Teaching community courses in "real estate principles and practices."
- Past President of the Greater Fairbanks Board of Realtors and served on various Board of Realtor committee positions.
- Serving in various community capacities; including the Fairbanks North Star Borough Board of Equalization, Board of Directors for the Fairbanks Resource Agency and City of Fairbanks Revenue Commission (mayoral appointment).
